*This is great if you are transitioning into barefoot shoes. However, if you are already adjusted to barefoot shoes, then you can remove the insole and swap it for a barefoot insole.

Care Guide: Cold wash only at low speed in the washing machine. Place shoes in a laundry bag to avoid damaging the shoes. Air dry.

You may need to go up one size or add 1-1.5cm extra to your current foot length.

Measure at the end of the day when your feet are the biggest.
